I was not too convinced because of how thin they actually are, until I dropped my 12 pro Max a year ago and it actually protected it!
THIS IS NOT THE INTENDED USE, but somehow it does the job, making this my third later case.

I was looking for a super minimalistic case and this is it. Fits like a glove and looks natural. Feels nice in the hand. I've dropped the phone 3-4 times on hard surfaces and the case has protected it. Only nitpick is that the tape that holds the case in place could be better.

Excellent fit. Extremely slim, almost feels like no size difference on the phone. The texture finish is perfect. It's grippy enough in your hand but not so sticky that it slides in/out your pocket easily. Also it seems the finish is "self healing". I've dropped the phone a few times and get bummed that I scratched it.... I'm looking at it right now and it looks brand new! Not sure how they did that but I'll be buying one of these cases for every phone in the future.
