Let me start by saying I also bought the case for the 17 pro max and I love it. Now to be fair the screen protector is a good product that actually saved my phone once already. My problem is with install. By now, being a premium product with a premium price, it should come with a plastic mold that fits over the phone perfectly and you just need to swipe and pull the tabs. It's a bit painful to align the screen protector over your phone and get it right. Takes some work and a few tries. There are other products on the market that do that already, just saying Latercase!
